Making a Purchase
Browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We CANNOT accept cash or COD orders online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover card. Browse our online catalog to view product information. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You may view the contents of your shopping cart at any time.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
IMPORTANT NOTICE WHEN SHIPPING BINDERS
When shipping ring binders to another location, it is very important that printed material, index tabs, CD pockets, etc., are not placed onto the rings of the binder. This additional weight will stress the rings of the binder possibly causing them to break or deform. It is recommended that materials shipping with binders are shrinkwrapped and placed inside the binders alongside the rings.
Shipping and Handling PackZen
uses many methods for shipping, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Shipping and handling charges are NONREFUNDABLE.
PackZen occasionally offers promotions such as free shipping to subscribers of our email list (Click here to subscribe). Due to the high cost, we are unable to offer free shipping for any area outside the continental United States at any time and these shipping promotions are not applicable to these areas.
For standard delivery, please allow up to 2 weeks for standard in-stock orders to be processed and delivered. Most orders ship within three business days. The next day and second-day service do not guarantee that the order will be delivered the next day or second day, only that the order will be shipped via this method. Orders requesting expedited service that are received before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, E.S.T. are typically shipped the same day. We reserve the right to substitute carriers as required.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Orders shipped to the states of Ohio and Nevada are subject to state sales tax. All taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export or use of the goods, or services (other than income taxes) shall be paid by the Buyer. The buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless PackZen from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorney’s fees or costs incurred by PackZen in connection therewith.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
PackZen offers a 30-day return policy. This does not include custom orders or items noted as closeouts. Items may be returned at the customer’s expense and will only be accepted if the product is received in original condition and packaging. To return a product, please contact your sales representative or customer service representative at 877.749.2127 within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA issued by PackZen Please inspect your order upon arrival; we are unable to accept returns after the 30 day period has expired. Shipping and handling charges are NONREFUNDABLE, and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE will apply to all returns.
Product Return Process
- 1. Please contact customer service at websales@PackZen.com, toll-free: 877.749.2127, or fax: 937.645.4700 to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- 2. For most efficient returns, please repackage the products carefully and securely in the original packing materials.
- 3. Make a copy of the packing list included with the shipment. Retain the original packing list for your records. Include the RM # on the packing list copy and place it in the shipping box. Make sure that the RMA number is clearly legible and that previous address labels are removed or covered.
- 4. For your protection, PackZen recommends that you return all products using a traceable or insured shipping method (i.e.: UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

- 6. Once the product is received inhouse, and quality inspected, credit (less a 15% restocking fee) will be applied to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, PayPal, or net 30 terms)
PackZen does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Credit card information is not retained in the cookies or on our website.
